Our Year 7 students spent yesterday taking part in a series of engaging wellbeing workshops designed to support their personal growth, confidence and resilience.
The boys participated in 'The Character We Forge', exploring how character is shaped through the challenges we face and the choices we make. Through powerful stories, including those shared by guest speaker Jay Stevens, students reflected on resilience, respect, confidence, brotherhood and the importance of setting high personal standards.
The girls took part in 'The Butterfly Effect', delivered by Enlighten Education, which focused on building confidence, fostering healthy friendships, developing resilience, practising gratitude and encouraging a positive self-image.
These workshops provided valuable opportunities for our students to reflect on who they are, the values they want to live by, and the positive impact their everyday choices can have on themselves and those around them.
