🥳🎓HSC Results 2025🎓 🥳 Today we celebrated the 2025 HSC success, inviting our Year 12's and Year 10 and 11 accelerated students to a BBQ breakfast to celebrate their HSC results! Congratulations to the following students for their individual achievements: 🏆Kingston Su, our 2025 College Dux with an outstanding ATAR of 97.65 🏆Bianca Palacio - Dance Callback Major Performance, Core Composition and Core Performance (Nominated) 🏆Eva Sultana - Dance Callback Major Performance and Core Composition (Nominated) School Achievements: 📚8 students with an ATAR over 90 📚19 students with an ATAR over 80. 📚54 Band 6 results, with 38 Marian students were recognised as Distinguished Achievers' with Band 6's (mark over 90) in 21 subjects of Mathematics Standard 1, Mathematics Standard 2, Mathematics Advanced, Mathematics Extension 1, Studies of Religion I, Studies of Religion II, Hospitality, Agriculture, Business Studies, English Advanced, English Extension 2, Music 1, Visual Arts, Dance, Biology, Investigating Science, Chemistry, Physics, PDHPE, Community and Family Studies and Korean Beginners. 👏5 nominations for possible inclusion for Callback (Dance) We are so proud of all our Marian Graduates, their individual and collective efforts and growth, whilst they have continued to Walk with Christ, on their journeys of personal excellence. Many graduates have already received multiple offers of places in universities to continue their studies in 2026 while others have commenced vocational and other training pathways. 👏👏👏

~ATTENTION YEAR 12 2025 GRADUATES~ CSPD is pleased to launch the 2026 CSPD Teacher Scholarship Program, created to support Year 12 graduates in our schools as they begin their journey toward a career in education by commencing a full-time Primary or Secondary teaching degree next year. Applications for the 2026 program are now open and close Monday 26 January 2026. This initiative forms part of our Early Careers Strategy, focused on building a strong, prepared, and supported pipeline of future teachers for our CSPD schools. Under this program, successful applicants will have access to a range of valuable supports, including: - Financial assistance – $5,000 per calendar year of full-time study - A new laptop provided at the commencement of their teaching degree - Paid employment opportunities in CSPD schools - Exclusive mentoring, formation, and development sessions throughout their degree - Priority employment pathways into CSPD teaching roles upon graduation Applicants will be required to submit a cover-letter-style application that includes: - A resume - Nomination of one professional reference from their school (e.g. Principal) - ATAR results The 2026 application form can be found here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1GqiryN5E37JldBW_Dv8Qrru3kjwZwHvf8UMQLJ1BMW8/viewform?edit_requested=true As part of the application process: - Applicants will be asked to provide a professional reference (e.g. their Principal) - The CSPD Early Talent Team will contact the nominated referee directly to verify and confirm applications and eligibility at the start of the 2026 school year. - Given the time of year that applications have opened, applicants have been advised that they are not required to contact the school/principal for a reference (which is different to previous years)

🎉 STUDENT SPORTING SPOTLIGHT 🎉 We’re celebrating an incredible run of achievements from our talented Marian students across baseball, equestrian, dance, netball and swimming. ⚾ Beau S (Year 9) BASEBALL - Beau has been selected in the Under 16 NSW squad to represent NSW at the Australian Youth Baseball Championships in January 2026. He also recently represented Australia at the 15s Baseball Oceania Championships in Guam, where the team dominated, winning all six games and securing their place at the 2026 Baseball World Cup in Italy 🇮🇹. Beau delivered an exceptional performance, including a grand slam home run, 6 RBIs, and finishing the tournament with the highest slugging percentage and most runs batted in!! 🐴 Addisyn R (Year 9) - EQUESTRIAN – Addisyn continues to shine on the equestrian circuit, representing Marian with pride. Addisyn placed at State Interschools, including winning her rider event and being named reserve for the Nationals team. She also competed at Arndell Interschools winning the very hotly contested Supreme Rider on her trusty Cheraton Winterfell who has been her main horse this year. 💃 Keira M (Year 9) - DANCE - Keira had an extraordinary experience at the grand opening of Press Play, an elite American 🇺🇸 dance convention with the opportunity to compete a solo and audition for a spot as one of their featured artists. She was selected as one of their Featured Artist Winners from over 200 U.S. dancers and was awarded a full scholarship to attend Nationals in Las Vegas in 2026, plus any regional event of her choice for 2026/27. Achieving a 97+ score bracket for her solo, she also had the opportunity to assist acclaimed choreographer Paris Cavagnah and took class with global industry leaders, including choreographers from Dancing with the Stars and Mandy Moore (Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour). Keira will return next year to represent Australia once again! 🏐 NETBALL – Congratulations to our talented students selected for the U16 Girls NSW Western Sydney Academy of Sport Netball Program: Zali A, Katherine F and Amalia T. A wonderful achievement and a testament to their dedication to the sport! 🏊‍♀️ Isabelle V (Year 7) - SWIMMING – sabelle has qualified for the 2026 Australian Age Nationals Swimming Championships in the 50m Breaststroke! At the NSW Youth Metropolitan Championships, she needed a time of 37.67 — she smashed it with 37.52, earning 3rd in NSW, a 0.73 PB, and a bronze medal at just 12 years old! 💙 Congratulations to all our incredible athletes! Your hard work, dedication and passion for sport is inspiring!!!
