Earlier in the week our new Student Leadership Team attended their Leadership Camp in Grose Vale. This provided them with the opportunity to build connections as a team, set their theme and aspirations for 2027, as well as some planning for upcoming events. ✨ The feedback from the two days was incredibly positive and we are excited for the contribution and impact this group of young people will make on the Marian Catholic College community. Special thanks to Mr Jack de Groot (CEO of Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese) and our College Principal, Mr Smith, for participating in a ‘Q&A’ on Courageous Leadership and sharing their insights and reflections. Thanks also to Mr Christian Maait, a past Marian School Captain and current staff member for sharing his Marian journey with us. 🙏

🎉🧁Year 9 Food Technology - Food for Special Occasions 🧁🎉 Our Year 9 students recently welcomed Saoirse from 'Sift’d' for a hands-on cupcake decorating workshop! Students learnt how to make delicious buttercream and experimented with different piping nozzles to create a range of decorative designs. These new skills will help prepare students for their upcoming assessment task, where they will design and decorate cupcakes to suit their chosen celebration. We can’t wait to see their creativity come to life! A big thank you to Saoirse from Sift’d for sharing her expertise with our students! 🧁👩‍🍳
